County Court Representation
The County Court (Criminal Division) is a higher level court above that of the Magistrates Court. Matters in these courts are heard by a Judge. County Courts will also conduct appeals from the Magistrates Court. These courts also conduct criminal trials with juries for indictable offences such as:

Offences that cannot be heard by the County Court jurisdiction include;
